Large Financial services concern has an opportunity available for a Training Manager to head up and manage the training department. You will be responsible for:
Managing trainers within the department
Facilitation of learning on products, systems, processes and functional training
Needs analysis
Develop and design training programs
Assessing learning interventions
Skills Required
Matric / Grade 12
Relevant degree in HRD
6-8 years relevant training experience
Experience in Investments or related industry essential
Knowledge of NQF and OBE
Preference to qualified Assessor, Moderator etc
