KZN, Durban based client is looking for a Training Facilitator with solid experience in the Insurance industry. This person will identify training needs, problem areas and recommend action, coordinate and facilitate training workshops and interventions, administer assessments, etc.
Skills Required
Qualification and experience as a learning facilitator
Minimum 5 years experience in an insurance sales environment
Knowledge and understanding of Life Insurance products
Knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry.
Willingness and ability to travel to training venues throughout SA.
