Gauteng R 600 to R 700 000 PER ANNUM - A Leading Financial Services Group is looking for an AIX and Linux Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance, administration and support of the AIX and Linux platforms and infrastructure. They should also maintain software and components to latest versions.
Skills Required
Relevant 3-year Degree or Diploma in IT
IBM AIX certification
5 - 7 years experience in AIX Administration
AIX 5.3 and 6 plus Network Install Manager (NIM)
IBM P series hardware
IBM Storage solutions, DS5000 Series, Brocade Fibre switches
Linux
Backup knowledge - Veritas
